Q: How do I remove the stored credit card information?
A: Please go to the recharge section. In the first window after selecting a recharge amount, you will find you attached credit card information. If you hover on the card number, an X will appear. Once clicked, the card information will be deleted.
Enter the email address you used when you signed up and and we'll send you instructions to reset your password.
