Q: My purchase was declined by your payment system but my credit card still charged? 


A: In the event of declined orders, your funds may be held for authorization by your credit card issuer, in which case your card will not be charged. The amount will be released within 3 to 5 business days. Please contact your credit card issuer for further information.
